I understand that this documentary had some difficulty in getting aired in the Russian market. Offhand, I'm not sure if it made that market.

From what I know of it (I'll make it a point to see it in its entirety), it's quite understandable why it apparently hasn't been aired on American PBS stations.

Good critical documentary as an introduction into western involvement and geo-politics behind the wars in the former Yugoslavia.

Quite long though 2 hrs 45 mins.
